Local Initiative Hosts Breakfast Fundraiser at Diamond Vault

TIFF’s (To Inform Families First) Initiative invites the public to attend the first annual “Breakfast with TIFFany’s” fundraiser at Diamond Vault in Sarasota. The event will begin at 10am on Tuesday, February 6 at Diamond Vault’s 3979 S. Tamiami Trail location.

Christine Olson founded TIFF’s Initiative after her daughter Tiffiany, for whom the organization is named, was killed in a traffic accident in 2005. The voluntary emergency contact database system was launched in 2006 in the state of Florida and to date, nearly 14 million Florida residents have registered. TIFF’s Initiative is currently active in 6 states.

“We are incredibly excited for this event and the opportunity to share TIFF’s mission and information in such a beautiful way,” said Christine Olson, TIFF’s Initiative President and Founder. “I’d like to thank Michael Chokr of Diamond Vault and Veronica Brandon Miller of Goodwill Manasota for hosting this event for our organization. Through their generous and unwavering support, we can continue to encourage people to learn more about our nonprofit and how they can get involved. Join us for a morning of pastries, champagne and diamonds!”

“I first met Christine several years ago and I was blown away by her story. Many people would have given up after what she experienced; instead, Christine solved a problem by finding a solution. That’s the type of organization that changes the world,” said Veronica Brandon Miller, co-host of the TIFF’s event. “We invite you to hear the incredible mission of TIFF’s initiative while enjoying a lovely morning in a beautiful location.”

Tickets are $20 and available online at http://www.toinformfamiliesfirst.org/. To register online for the voluntary emergency contact database for Florida residents, visit https://services.flhsmv.gov/eci/.
